In 1955 one of Madame Alexander's most sought after Fashion Dolls was introduced, the 21" "Cissy Doll". Which today is still the highest member of society in the Madame Alexander Collectible Doll Line.

In the 90's the Alexander doll company added the 16" "Alex" Fashion Mold with painted eyes and a real Runway look to her style. Alex continues to be the smaller version of true Fashion.
